FAQ
What is your Shipping Policy?
Your order will ship within 5-7 working days. Much care is taken in the preparation and printing of these fine art photographs. They are packaged, insured and handled with care to arrive at your door undamaged.
Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
100 % Satisfaction Guarantee - If you don't love it, you can return it. I want you to be happy with your art and tell your friends about my work. Just email me and let me know why you are returning it and ship it undamaged back to me and I will refund your money.
What is the difference between Limited Editions
My limited editions come in two sizes 24x24 and 20x30. I make only 25 of these of each size, and they are ones I have chosen to hang in galleries. Presently, you can find them at, High Hand Gallery in Loomis, California and Fire & Rain Gallery in Folsom, California. These canvas prints are signed on the back, numbered and come with a certificate of authenticity. They also have my inspiration and a story about the photograph attached to the back.
The frames are custom built. These contemporary art photographs are mounted on solid faced wood frames. The frame has been sealed and protected before the canvas is stretched and gallery wrapped around it. After the canvas is stretched, one final coat is sprayed on to seal and protect it. This type of frame gives a solid protective back for your canvas fine art print. I find these solid centered frames much more durable than the soft centered canvas wrap that we most often see. These canvas wrapped prints are ready to hang on your wall.
What is ( AR ) or Augmented Reality On Your Website?
My website is now equipped with Live Preview - an augmented reality tool that allows you to try my art on your walls using your phone or tablet! It's so easy to use, and it works right through my site(i.e., you don't have to download a particular app.
Here’s how it works:
1. Browse my collection and find a piece you like.
2. On that piece’s page, click “Live Preview AR.”
3. Enjoy an augmented reality experience of my art in your space!
You can use this tool to get a feel for how my art will look in your home – how it will feel with your wall color, furniture, other art pieces, etc.
